Alexa Ringley

...started her love for dancing at age 3. She grew up in Raleigh, NC where she attended CC and Company Dance Complex under the direction of Christy Curtis.

Up until age 12, she also took tumbling and cheer. After a short time of dancing, she knew she wanted to compete. At age 4, she began competing in jazz, tap and hip hop. From attending CC and Company Dance Complex and the Raleigh School of Ballet, she was trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip hop, acro, pointe, musical theater and contemporary. Growing up she was able travel across the country and work with choreographers such as Travis Wall, Teddy Forance, and Jason Parsons. In high school, she began to help teach classes at CC and Company Dance Complex. Upon graduation from high school, she left for Greenville, NC to attend East Carolina University. During college she was a member of the ECU club dance team. Alexa has taught at various dance studios in North Carolina over the past few years. She just graduated this May from ECU with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and pre-health
